Technical Specifications

ETP Turf can an assist by developing and providing detailed technical specifications for any new turf construction or re-construction in the following areas either as a single process or a combination of all the require investigative and technical data requirements for the publishing of comprehensive technical specifications and supporting documents;

• Technical specifications are developed after detailed site investigation, including but not limited to a soil survey to determine the soil types and profiles
• Incorporation of a survey of the existing surface contours
• Development and preparation of concept plans and construction options
• Development and preparation of tender documentation
• As required direct involvement in the tendering process, including the vetting of tenders, providing information to tenderers, chairing pre-tender information meetings etc.
• On-site project management and administration, including regular site/works inspections, quality control, approving certificates for practical and final completion
