With more than 30 years’ experience across the Australian commercial turf and seed industries, Grant established Endeavour Turf Professionals in early 2006 with the simple goal of supporting the sports and leisure industry with independent, analytical agronomic and practical advice to resolving commercial turf industry problems. As a passionate Director and proven leader, Grant oversees company operations, creates technical recommendations and offers high level consultancy across field of play natural turf project management, be it sports field designs, turf and construction supervision. As a member of the board for Parks and Leisure Australia (Vic), Grant also contributes to industry discussions and state events to support the growth and advancement of the sports and leisure turf industry, community and professional sport nationally.

Highly revered within the Australian golfing industry after spending 20 years at the Royal Melbourne Golf Club as the Golf Course Superintendent, Jim empowers clients with his specialist skills and expertise to optimise and develop professional sports facilities and surfaces. With a passion for golf and other natural turf systems, Jim provides contemporary turf agronomy, problem solving and project management skills that support the delivery of high-performance fields of play, nationwide.
